<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for compensating energy-purchasing fee which compensates for the energy-purchasing fee for future period that is to be expensive, even if an instantaneous energy usage by a customer exceeds a preset instantaneous energy usage. <P>SOLUTION: Preset power P<SB>0</SB>, i.e. the "contract electric power" and a preset temperature t<SB>0</SB>are preset. If the actual power P, used by the customer, exceeds the contract power P<SB>0</SB>, the difference between the fee paid in a single year in the future and the fee paid in a single future year, on the assumption that the actual power P used by the customer not exceed the contract power P<SB>0</SB>will be reimbursed to the customer as compensation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
