PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an agricultural bulk sheet by which such a bulk sheet as to carry out a mulching sheet function and improve working efficiency through plowing used sheet into soil, and hold the soil suitable for crop cultivation through supplying a sufficient amount of mineral components derived from natural plants. SOLUTION: The method for producing an agricultural bulk sheet comprises the following processes: a process of chipping vegetable natural waste material; a process of subjecting the vegetable natural waste material chips to high-pressure heating; a process of releasing the pressure from the chips under highly heat-pressurized condition to blow the chips into pieces to obtain a crumbled-state fibrous body; a process of mechanically fragmentizing the blown crumbled state fibrous body to obtain a microscopic fibrous body; and a process of forming a thick plate-state sheet entwined with the microscopic fibrous body and joined to each other so as to have a lot of spaces. The agricultural bulk sheet is composed of the thick plate-state sheet having a lot of spaces formed of fibers entwined with one another in a mesh state so as to have a mulching sheet function and also a fertilizer-application function to enable improvement in working efficiency.
