PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for developing electrostatic latent images capable of forming images with excellent stability over a long period of time to heat and load from the viewpoint of storage and transport of printed matters by possessing excellent detachability during fixing and excellent shape controllability during manufacturing toner even when using a metal roll not covered with a high releasing resin as a fixing roll, and to provide an electrostatic latent image developer and an image forming method using the toner for developing the electrostatic latent images. SOLUTION: Concerning the toner for developing the electrostatic latent images including at least a binding resin and a coloring matter, the binding resin contains an amorphous resin and a crystal resin, a content in the binding resin of the crystal resin is 10-30 mass%, a ratio (Mw/AV) of weight-average molecular weight (Mw) to acid value (AV) of the binding resin is 20,000-35,000 and Z average molecular weight (Mz) is 500,000-1,600,000.
