<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CR composite electronic component and its production method by which a CR or (L/C) R series circuit can be obtained easily at a low cost, through a simplified production step without special conditions for baking, and the resistance values are easily controlled. SOLUTION: A dielectric layer 2 and an inner electrode 3 are laminated alternately, and the inner electrode 3 is connected electrically with l terminal electrodes formed on the end of a CR composite electronic component such that they function as a capacitor. At least one terminal electrode is provided with first to third electrode layers in sequence from the inner electrode side, and the first electrode layer 4 contains one or two elements from among Fe, Co, Cu and Ni. A second electrode layer 5 has an oxide of the first electrode layer, and a third electrode layer 6 contains one or two elements or from among Ag, Au, Pt, Pd, Rh, Ir, and Ru.</p> |
