An automated mold manufacturing method is provided to enable workers of each process to check out operation details according to data input in receiving an initial order by distributing computers connected through internal network in each work place. An automated mold manufacturing method for sharing information by connecting computers installed in each process place with a sever computer(10) through the network and inputting the operation details includes the steps of: receiving an order for producing molds with specifications that a client wants and inputting the order details to a first computer(12); making an NC(Numerical Control) machining program and a WIRE machining program corresponding to the demanded specifications by using a second computer(13); inputting the change of the number of material storehouses to a third computer(14) and transferring materials to each process place according to the screen displayed on the third computer; checking the materials according to the screen displayed on a sixth computer(17), forming holes on the materials by using a hole forming device(7) receiving the NC machining program transmitted from the second computer, and inputting the state that hole formation is completed, to the sixth computer; and checking the materials through the screen displayed on a seventh computer(18), forming a mold shape on the material by using a mold shaping device(8) receiving the WIRE machining program sent from the second computer, and inputting the state that mold shaping is finished, to the seventh computer.
