PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging camera apparatus and a method of accumulating image data with which image data picked up with high resolution and at high speed can be continuously processed and accumulated. SOLUTION: The imaging camera apparatus 1 comprises: an imaging unit 11 for imaging a pixel region of a prescribed size; a selection unit 12 for selecting, as output image data, image data in a part of the pixel region imaged by the imaging unit 11 based on a coordinate parameter containing information prescribing a position of image data to be outputted; an arithmetic unit 20 for operating a coordinate parameter of image data to be next selected by the selection unit and feeding back the coordinate parameter for the next time to the selection unit 12 based on the output image data selected by the selection unit 12 and a coordinate parameter of the relevant output image data; and a frame buffer 30 for collecting a plurality of output image data selected and outputted by the selection unit 12 and storing them as data for one frame.
