PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogenated aromatic vinyl copolymer composition having excellent transparency, excellent impact resistance, low water absorptivity, and a small birefringence value. SOLUTION: The hydrogenated aromatic vinyl copolymer composition is prepared by hydrogenating a block copolymer composition containing two or more block copolymers each composed of monomer structural units derived from an aromatic vinyl monomer and a conjugated diene monomer. The block copolymer composition is one containing a block copolymer (I) comprising monomer structural units derived from a first aromatic vinyl monomer and a first conjugated diene monomer and satisfying specified conditions and a block copolymer (II) comprising monomer structural units derived from a second aromatic vinyl monomer and a second conjugated diene monomer in a specified mass ratio and satisfying specified conditions, wherein 97% or more of the aromatic rings derived from the first and second aromatic vinyl monomers and of the double bonds originated in the first and second conjugated dienes are hydrogenated.
