PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction collet having no risk of interfering with the package side even if the overall size of a device is reduced by forming a package in small size without reducing the size of a component such as a piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: The suction collet 51 for sucking a component 32 to the lower end of the body 52 has a ventilation way 58 penetrating the interior of the body. Lower end face of the body where the ventilation way opens is a predetermined open face defined by a plurality of inclining faces 54, 54 and 57, 57. The body is provided with an outline removing portion 56 such that at least a part of the outer circumference of the body is arranged on the inside of the outer edge of the component at at least the lower end of the body under a state where the component 32 is sucked to the lower end of the body.
