PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a variable-capacitance element so that a stray capacitance of a wiring is approximately identical enabling a high speed driving. SOLUTION: The variable-capacitance element (the variable-capacitance diode) 3 is connected to the wiring 2, and a combined capacitance of the stray capacitance of the wiring 2 and the variable-capacitance element 3 is set to be approximately identical for all the wiring. This evens out a capacitance components of the wirings of every light emitting element to even out the signal modulation characteristics of all the light emitting elements 1, and variations in signal degradation at the time of high speed modulation are reduced.
