<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent divergence by an abnormal distortion compensation coefficient by eliminating the abnormal value of the distortion compensation coefficient stored in a distortion compensation coefficient storage part. <P>SOLUTION: This distortion compensation device comprises: a storage part for storing the distortion compensation coefficient in a specified write address and outputting the distortion compensation coefficient stored in a specified read address; a predistortion part for executing distortion compensation processing to transmission signals by using the distortion compensation coefficient outputted from the storage part; and a distortion compensation part for computing the distortion compensation coefficient on the basis of the transmission signals before the distortion compensation processing and the transmission signals after amplification by an amplifier. The distortion compensation part further performs the correction processing of reading the distortion compensation coefficient stored in the storage part, extracting the distortion compensation coefficient satisfying a prescribed condition and reducing the amplitude of the extracted distortion compensation coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
