PURPOSE: A power generator embedded in shoes using a rotary compression cylinder is provided to omit additional fillers by ventilating the shoes with a method of compressing air by a weight of a walker. CONSTITUTION: A power generator embedded in shoes using a rotary compression cylinder comprises an air suction nozzle(102), a rotary compression cylinder, a compression piston body(100), a spur gear(107), a dual spur gear, a rotor frame gear, a rotor frame(109), and a stator frame(113). The rotary compression cylinder is formed in a lower part of a compression cylinder. A rotary compression piston and an air outlet are formed on one side of the compression piston body connected to the rotary compression cylinder. The spur gear is connected to the compression piston body, and rotates in one direction. The dual spur gear interlocks with the spur gear, and rotates. The rotor frame gear interlocks with the dual spur gear, and rotates. The rotor frame interlocks with the rotor frame gear, and coupled to a rotor permanent magnet. The stator frame is formed on one side of the rotor frame, and comprises a stator power generating coil.
