<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high efficiency, by realizing the tackling to the wide range of a voltage resonance type converter. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary parallel resonance circuit and a secondary series resonance circuit are combined with a voltage resonance type converter and are put in loose coupling of approximately 0.6 or smaller in integrated coupling coefficient kt of an insulated converter transformer PIT. As a result, its constant voltage control property is made sharp unimodal characteristics, thereby reducing the control range of switching frequency required for stabilization. Since the secondary series resonance circuit is combined, a satisfactory characteristics can be obtained for the power conversion efficiency. Moreover, further efficiency improvement is achieved by the setting of primary parallel resonance frequency fo1, the secondary frequency fo2, and the secondary series resonance frequency fo3.
