PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that half of produced compost is scattered in the form of topdressing in non-cultivated land, farmland or tree farmland/mountain without being distributed to cause soil pollution or underground water pollution and create social environmental problems in Kagoshima Prefecture, etc., and to prevent the environmental pollution caused by thinnings/pruned trees and plants or livestock compost. SOLUTION: A method for producing products of circulating type recycle is carried out as follows. The thinnings, pruned trees and plants are converted into sawdust powder of pulverized materials/chips. The livestock compost as a main raw material is mixed with charcoal, indigenous bacteria collected and cultured near the site and fermented to provide effective compost. The resultant compost is then mixed with starch as a binder. The obtained mixture is used as a material to produce wood chip tiles/wood chip blocks/pots, etc. Furthermore, the material is used for slope greening/wall surface greening/soil conditioner/wood chip paving materials.
