PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an image list which changes brightness in order to suit human being's vision. SOLUTION: The device creates an image S11 which has reference brightness of a shadow side, an image S12 which has reference brightness of a high light side, an image S13 which has desired brightness, an image S14 which has visually and equally dividing brightness of the image S11 and brightness of the image S13, and an image S15 which has brightness of visually and equally dividing brightness of the image S13 and brightness of the image S12, and includes them in an image list GO.
