PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a droplet ejection head bar which enables the low-cost alignment of nozzles among a plurality of droplet ejection head units, a manufacturing method for the droplet ejection head bar, and a droplet ejector which is equipped with the droplet ejection head bar. SOLUTION: An adhesive U is interposed between a recording head unit 32 and a long substrate 40. A gap G equivalent to the thickness of the adhesive U is constituted between the recording head unit 32 and the long substrate 40. The gap G is adjusted in each recording head unit 32; and nozzle surfaces 52A of the plurality of recording head units 32 are aligned with one another in the direction of a height Z, and arranged in such a manner as to be flush with one another.
