PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-sprinkling method for melting snow on a road surface using warm water in a household bathtub. SOLUTION: The method is to melt the snow by heating the bathwater by a boiler for feeding hot water, and then by circulating the hot water in a radiator pipe laid on the road surface, by the intermediary of a pump. When a temperature of the hot water is lowered, it can be reheated. Installation of a snowfall sensor outside enables the automatic operation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
