<p num="1"><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/> ABSTRACT<br/>A spectrophotometric analyzing apparatus<br/>comprises an infra-red source and detector therefor,<br/>optical means for focussing a beam onto a sample cell,<br/>chopper means for periodically obscuring the beam, and<br/>filter means for selecting one or more wavelengths from<br/>the beam. The sample under test is an aqueous emulsion<br/>and the filters are chosen to deteroine the<br/>concentration of the non-aqueous components of the<br/>emulsion by measuring the water displaced by the<br/>components.<br/></p> |
