PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold water mixture faucet capable of raising the flexibility of selection of controllability and the external appearance. SOLUTION: The hot and cold water mixture faucet is equipped with a faucet body 10 equipped with an inflow channel 21 on hot water side, an inflow channel 22 on cold water side and an outflow channel 24, an external facing member 30 coating the faucet body 10, a discharge and cut-off valve 50A on the hot water side making valve closing operation and valve opening operation by a handle 41A on the hot water side and a discharge and cut-off valve 50B on the cold water side making valve closing operation and valve opening operation by a handle 41B on the cold water side, and the hot and cold water mixture faucet 1 is installed in a deck surface 4D or the like. The operating section 41A on the hot water side and the operating section 41B on the cold water side are arranged in a state to project from a part locating on the side of one side way in outside surface sections of the external facing member 30.
