<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a closing device (10) making it hard for a mouth to touch a tamper evidence band (16) when the mouth touches the mouth part (12) of a container body (A) and enabling the easy removal of the tamper evidence band (16) from the mouth part (12) as necessary. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Since the width of a clearance (26) between a first flange (22) and a second flange (24) is set larger than the width of the tamper evidence band (16), the tamper evidence band (16) can be slid from the opening side of the mouth part (12) to a position apart from the opening side. Also, since a third flange (28) engageable with an engagement projected piece (38) is formed at the middle stage portion of the clearance (26), the tamper evidence band (16) after sliding is not slid to the opening side of the mouth part (12).</p> |
