PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hauling canceler or the like capable of accurately preventing hauling by stably simulating a transmission function using an adaptive filter. SOLUTION: The hauling canceler 7 is incorporated in or connected to a loudspeaker system 1 and includes an adaptive filter 72 and a subtractor 74. The adaptive filter 72 is provided for each of a plurality of feedback transmission systems 100 constituted by combining a plurality of loudspeakers 3 and one or more microphones 2 and wherein, a filter coefficient simulating the transmission function of a corresponding feedback transmission system 100 is set, and the filter 72 processes output audio signals outputted to the loudspeakers 3 to output a simulation signal simulating a feedback audio signal from the feedback transmission system 100, the adaptive filter being configured to set the filter coefficient based on the output audio signals and a residual signal. The subtractor 74 subtracts the simulation signal outputted from the adaptive filter 72 from input audio signals inputted from the microphones 2 to generate residual signal and outputs the residual signal to the adaptive filter 72 and a loudspeaker part 5.
