A construction method of a concrete wall insulation and a structure thereof are provided to increase the adhesive force about a concrete wall by substituting for sand used in the past, and to shorten the working time and easily construct even by an unskilled worker by removing steps for scattering sand and leveling to a certain thickness. An insulating structure of a concrete wall(10) comprises the concrete wall made by a general method; an insulating material(20) attached on the surface of the concrete wall by gypsum bond or adhesive agent and formed with an uneven surface(23) and plural recessed grooves(21) on one side of the insulating material where the concrete wall is faced and contacted to locate the gypsum bond or the adhesive agent between the concrete wall and the insulating material; a double-sided adhesive tape(22) attached on the surface of the insulating material at regular intervals; and an interior finishing material(30) finally attached by the both-sided adhesive tape.
