A light reflecting display driven by an electric field is provided to control an amount of the light reflected from a reflector by adjusting a position of white, red, green or blue reflector. A partition(150) has plural driving grooves(151) and first/second surfaces. A reflector(101) is disposed in the driving groove, and has electric charges therein. The first electrode is formed on the first surface of the partition. The second electrode is formed on the second surface of the partition. The first surface of the driving groove has the same cross area as that of the second surface of the driving groove. A surface of the reflector is coated by any one of red, green and blue.
