PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano structure in which at least one of dissimilar metal phases such as a non-magnetic component phase and a ferromagnetic phase having a specified azimuth relationship to the vertical direction of a board surface is arrayed in the vertical direction of the board in a nono hole. SOLUTION: A nano structure element having the structure in which at least one of a non-magnetic component phase layer and the ferromagnetic phase having a specified azimuth relationship to the vertical direction of the board surface exists substantially parallel or at a substantially parallel space can be formed in the nano hole or the board surface. These nano structures are used to attain high storage density of magnetic storage material, lower power consumption of a wiring board excellent in high frequency characteristic and obtain an antenna base material coping with multi-frequency. This nano structure can be applied to the high-density storage magnetic storage material, the wiring board for high frequency and the antenna base material coping with multi-frequency.
