PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable carrying case with an electronic lock mechanism by preventing magnetism from affecting a stored object in a storage space, even if the magnetism is generated from the electric lock mechanism. SOLUTION: This carrying case with the electronic lock mechanism comprises a lid body 1, and a storage body 2 with the storage space 2a; the lid body 1 or the storage body 2 is provided with the electronic lock mechanism 4a for performing locking/unlocking by using an electric signal; and a magnetic shielding member 5 is provided between the electronic lock mechanism 4 and the storage space 2a.
