PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile sensor which is superior in the accuracy of detecting an external force and durability, using a simple manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The tactile sensor comprises a group of pressure-sensitive elements, in which one group of pressure-sensitive elements are arranged in an array in a first direction and a second direction, which intersects with the first direction, in which the one group includes four pressure-sensitive elements arranged two by two in the first direction and the second direction, respectively; a first plate-like elastic body 105 placed on the group of pressure-sensitive elements; a columnar body 106 placed on the first plate-like elastic body 105 and at the central position of the entire group of pressure-sensitive elements; a second plate-like elastic body 108 placed on the columnar body 106; and a protruding section 109 placed on the second plate-like elastic body 108.
