<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the relationship between a stroke and reaction force, in case that a brake pedal is depressed and in case that returned. <P>SOLUTION: A simulator control valve is provided in a simulator passage between a master cylinder and a stroke simulator, and a flow area of the simulator passage is controlled by controlling the simulator control valve. When a brake pedal is depressed, the flow area gets decreased, and when the brake pedal is returned, the flow area gets increased. Thereby the decreasing amount of the reaction force to increasing of the stroke is prevented from becoming excessive when the brake pedal is returned, and the operation feeling of a driver can be improved. In an electric control braking device, in case that brake working force is controlled on the basis of the stroke and master cylinder pressure, an increasing gradient of the master cylinder pressure to the stroke is decreased to improve the control performance of deceleration by the driver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
