PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided image forming device such as a double sided printer for preventing a skew in a paper refeeding tray of paper printed on the other surface thereafter, in the paper printed on one surface. SOLUTION: This double sided image forming device has the paper refeeding tray 45 for placing the paper 36 for forming an image on one surface, that is, the paper 36 for forming an image on the other surface thereafter, and a skew preventive means 151 for preventing the skew of the paper 36 on the paper refeeding tray 45 by engaging with the paper 36, and has skew preventive members 59a and 59b rotatable when the skew preventive means 151 engages with the side edge of the paper 36 and preventing the skew of the paper 36.
