PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter device for automatically arranging a nonsticky part in an end part of a tape on the body side wound with a pressure sensitive adhesive tape, when cutting the pressure sensitive adhesive tape. SOLUTION: This pressure sensitive adhesive tape cutter device comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive tape holder, a rotary body for rotatably installing the tape in the pressure sensitive adhesive tape holder, a cutter body having upward resiliency, arranged so as to be vertically movable and having a cutter blade, an intermediate fixing body arranged in a position between the rotary body and the cutter body, a moving body for horizontally sliding between the intermediate fixing body and the cutter body in response to the vertical movement of the cutter body, and a movable mechanism for repulsing upward so as to lift the tape by the side edge on the mutual contact surface sides arranged in at least one of an intermediate fixing body upper surface or a moving body upper surface; and makes the nonsticky part by mutually adhering adhesive surfaces by bending the tape with the adhesive surfaces on the inside by being pushed back to the intermediate fixing body side after finishing cutting by being positioned on the cutter body side in the cutting.
