The proposed method for preparing and staining histological sections consists in fixing, in neutral 10 % formalin solution, washing, and freezing the tissue samples up to 0.5 cm in thickness, attaching the samples to adhesive film, preparing histological sections 12 à 15 ?m in thickness, immersing the sections in 5 % Phycol 400 solution for 1 à 2 s, drying the sections at a room temperature for 1 à 2 minutes, until film is formed, and staining the dried sections by hematoxylin and eosin for 1 à 2 minutes.
