<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide group delay correction circuits capable of correcting group delay extending to a wide band using an electronic circuit which is easy to adjust and which can be miniaturized, a group delay correction device where a plurality of the group delay correction circuits are connected vertically, and an optical signal receiver provided with the group delay correction circuits or the group delay correction device like this. <P>SOLUTION: The group delay correction circuits can efficiently correct the group delay extending to the wide band by positively utilizing mismatching at a transmission line by using a transmission line having characteristic impedance, a driving circuit having a driving impedance different from the characteristic impedance of the transmission line, and a load circuit having a different load impedance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
