PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device for a vehicle, enabling a driver to recognize safely and easily a building outside the vehicle. SOLUTION: A navigation device 1 for the vehicle is mounted on the vehicle C and displays a building information display DI on a windshield WS by a windshield display device 8 for making the driver DR to recognize the building BL safely and easily. The building information display DI includes, for example, a building BL name, and is displayed in a domain of the windshield WS close to the building BL as a view from the driver DR. Hereby, the driver DR can grasp easily the position of the building BL and its information (name or the like), without taking the eyes off the direction that should be watched.
