PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce information required for inspection in volume, when an inspection object is photoed and inspected. SOLUTION: The image processing device is equipped with an image sensing unit 2, which photographs the inspection object; an image processing unit 3 which divides image data photographed through the image sensing unit 2 into prescribed regions and subjects the divided regions to the prescribed processing by the region, and forms data, through which it can be decided whether a defective may be present; a recording unit 4 which records the image data photographed by the image sensing unit 2, and also records data processed by the image processing unit 3 by the divided region; and an output unit 5 which reads out the image data on the divided regions which are decided through, at least, image processing that the defectives may be present.
