PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an apparatus for forming particles capable of obtaining a product indicating a constant and controlled physical reference such as a particle diameter, a particle shape, quality of a crystal phase, chemical purity, high handling suitability and high fluidity, especially in the field of medicines, photographic materials, ceramics, explosives and dyestuff. SOLUTION: The method of forming particles includes a process of simultaneously introducing a vehicle containing at least one kind of substance as a solution or a suspension liquid and a supercritical fluid into a particle forming vessel, and the temperature and pressure are controlled in such a manner that dispersion and extraction of the vehicle are performed substantially at the same time by means of the action of the supercritical fluid. A nozzle used for the particle products by means of such a method, the equipment for implementing the method and the equipment for simultaneously introducing the fluids into the particle forming vessel is also disclosed.
