PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance settling machine, a terminal device and a personal identification system for a game capable of shortening a waiting time of a player by shortening a time required for a personal identification procedure executed for a tax payment when occurring a winning requiring the tax payment. SOLUTION: This balance settling machine 1 for the game is provided with a coin hopper 28b and a paper money discharge machine 29b executing the putout according to the winning content of the game. The balance settling machine 1 for the game is provided with an image data creating means creating player's image data capable of specifying an object player, or the object of the putout, a communication part 27 for transmitting the player's image data to a terminal device 100 for the game, and a coin hopper driving circuit 28a and a paper money discharge device driving circuit 29a actuating the coin hopper 28b and the paper money discharge device 29b respectively based on putout command data including putout permission data received from the terminal device 100 for the game and permitting the putout to the object player.
