PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cartridge for exhausting toner up to an end as it remains uniform quality by positively mixing and agitating the toner and achieving rib constitution having small possibility fitted by the toner. SOLUTION: The developing cartridge 14 is provided with a storing space S of the toner for developing an electrostatic latent image of the surface of a photoreceptor drum, and guides and supplies the storing toner to a developing roller 33 developing the electrostatic latent image. The developing cartridge is provided with a mixing space Sm of the storing toner having no rib row by a center of an extension direction of the developing roller in upper and lower housings 31 and 32 defining the storing space of the toner, and a carrying part for arranging upper and lower ribs 36 and 37 so as to reciprocally carry the storing toner in the extension direction of the developing roller at both sides of the mixing space.
