PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device capable of appropriately restricting deterioration of fuel consumption ratio of a diesel engine, in which pilot injection is performed. SOLUTION: An electronic control device 41 controls pilot injection of the fuel in the diesel engine 11. The electronic control device 41 reduces pilot injection quantity when carrying out pilot injection in the case wherein in-cabin noise of a vehicle loaded with the diesel engine 11 is loud in comparison with a case wherein the in-cabin noise is small.
