<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit of an electromagnetic capacity type pump elongated in the life of the pump and reduced in the occurrence of noise while reducing the size and cost of the pump. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 19 detects a variation in DC drive voltage fed from a power supply by an A/D converter 20, a drive pulse generator 21 generates the drive pulse waveform of an arbitrary frequency wherein a drive frequency varies in accordance with the variation in the DC drive voltage, and a drive control signal is outputted to a drive circuit 18 on the basis of the drive pulse waveform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
