A split core steel sheet stacking method by which a split core block is hardly deformed, and which can promptly cope with requirements for developing various types of motors and can accomplish simplification of the process and improvement of yield, a welding system and a welding jig that are used in the method, and a split core block, a stator core and a motor that are formed by the method are provided. A method for stacking split core steel sheets comprises the steps of: fixing the split core steel sheets to be stacked to a split core welding jig according to size and number of split core steel sheets to be stacked; and forming a split core block by locally and continuously welding in a stacking direction the split core steel sheets fixed to the split core welding jig by using a laser welder comprising a laser welder gun of which output and movement are controlled by a program set according to the size and number, wherein the fixing step comprises the steps of: placing the number of the split core steel sheets to be stacked on the split core welding jig from a carrier of split core steel sheets; ultrasonic cleaning the carrier; and pressing the placed split core steel sheets in the stacking direction and a direction perpendicular to the stacking direction, and the method further comprises the step of inspecting the split core block.
