FIELD: pipeline engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises preliminary setting of the stop and squeezing ring members on one of the pipes to be connected, subsequent approaching the fist pipe to the second pipe, and squeezing the sealing member between the pipes. The outer surfaces of the pipes are provided with marks that determine the position of the coupling, and inner members of the coupling are arranged. The ends of the pipes are secured to the locking members and are set into the housing to match the marks and into the coupling up to the stop. The inner members move as follows: safety washer, sealing member, and safety washer. The coupling squeeze the sealing members between two washers and inner side of the coupling and outer side of the pipe from the faces of the housing. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg |
