<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of realizing pipeline processing matching power consumption complying with variation of required processing performance for reduction of power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This data processor 1 is provided with a plurality computing parts 2, 3, 4 and 5 connected mutually in series for performing operation, a plurality of memories 6, 7 and 8 connected individually between a plurality of computing parts 2, 3, 4 and 5, and a control part 9 selecting a computing part performing operation during a unit cycle among a plurality of computing parts 2, 3, 4 and 5.
