PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the stimulation on the skin without impairing the sterilization/antiseptic effects and to suppress the sticky feeling on the cleaned area. SOLUTION: A cleaning medicament is impregnated into a fiber sheet. The cleaning medicament includes 94.87-99.49 weight parts of water, 0.03-1 weight parts of a sterilization/antiseptic agent, and 0.05-5 weight parts of water-soluble moisturizer when the whole weight parts of the cleaning medicament is 100.
