PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detection super-low resistance metal plate resistor with few detection errors, where thermoelectromotive force occurring in a bonding interface of a resistor and an electrode is reduced, when copper nickel alloy is used as the resistor and copper is used as the electrode. SOLUTION: In the metal plate resistor, the resistor formed of an alloy material comprising copper, nickel and iron is bonded to the electrode which is mainly composed of copper. In the metal plate resistor, the resistor formed of an alloy material comprising copper, nickel, iron and aluminum is bonded to the electrode which is mainly composed of copper.
