PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture-story board set using a reversible information display panel that can suppress the manufacturing cost and man-hour of a picture-story board low and also effectively suppress the power consumption. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the picture-story board set 1 which comprises a reversible and dry type information display panel 2 which has display media charged in the sealed space between two mutually opposite transparent substrates one of which is transparent and moves the display media with an electric field to display necessary information on the transparent substrate side, a picture-story board box 3 having a rewriting means of rewriting the information displayed on the information display panel, and a picture-story board software 4 controlling the rewriting means, the picture-story board set being characterized in that (1) two kinds of display media having different colors and electrostatic charging characteristics are used, (2) the mean particle size of particles for the display media constituting the display media is 3 to 10μm, and (3) the overall thickness of the information display panel is 10μm to 1 mm.
