PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle quality analyzing system capable of easily corresponding to differences in a car model or specification, and seasonal changes. SOLUTION: In a first data file 32a, a file name 75 of a second data file is described. Simultaneously, in the first data file 32a, positional information 76 specifying the position of specific data by the second data file is described. A computing processing circuit obtains the specific data from the second data file on the basis of the description in the first data file. On the basis of the data obtained as mentioned-above, a predetermined instruction is sent to a quality analyzing device in a vehicle quality analyzing system. The quality analyzing device sent a predetermined signal to electric equipment in a vehicle on the basis of the instruction, thereby analyzing vehicle quality according to reactions of the electric equipment.
