PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM signal transmitting device for reducing composite tertiary distortion without reducing the transmission power of a pilot sub-carrier. SOLUTION: The OFDM signal transmitting device includes: a sub-carrier setter 106 which sets each of sub-carriers so that part of sub-carriers of an OFDM signal is used as a pilot sub-carrier for transmitting pilot signals, and other sub-carriers are used as data sub-carriers for transmitting data signals, and makes a polarity pattern of a pilot sub-carrier different for each transmitter antenna; and a beam former 107 which forms a transmission beam using a weight that is different for a data sub-carrier and a pilot sub-carrier in a mode during which the transmission beam is to be formed independently of a channel response with an OFDM signal receiving device.
