PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of exchanging an earphone or earphone wire with a simple method. SOLUTION: A wire reel-up device comprises a wire-reel-up unit 50 including an earphone wire reel-up rotary cylindrical wire body 20 to which tension is loaded in advance in a rotating direction, where an earphone wire is continuously reeled up on the wire reel-up body 20, and a housing 1, 45 for housing the reeled-up earphone wire and the wire reel-up unit 50 including the wire reel-up body 20 to which tension is loaded in advance. In order to easily exchange an earphone or earphone wire, the wire reel-up unit 50 is designed, so that the earphone wire can be exchanged with the wire reel-up body 20 to which tension is loaded in advance.
