<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card function information output method for raising convenience in a user by confirming that value information is not sufficient in response to a transaction result when the transaction is conducted with the use of the value information of an IC card function, and a mobile communication terminal apparatus utilizing the method. <P>SOLUTION: When the withdrawal of the value information using the IC card function of the mobile communication terminal apparatus is performed in vain, a display device 13 displays that the value information is not enough and that a user is inquired about whether the value information is additionally purchased or not. When the user responds to the display of inquiry and commands the additional purchase of the value information, a value information content changing means 34 communicates with a value information server 42, so as to purchase the value information. Continuously, the user withdraws the value information by using the purchased value information.
