INTRA-PIPE EXAMINATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minutely examine the interior of an existing pipe line in order to execute a pipe-in-pipe construction method. SOLUTION: This intra-pipe examination device is equipped with first and second measuring units 13 and 14 capable of traveling the interior of the pipe line 1 while capable of being severally centered with respect to pipes constituting the pipe line 1. Either the measuring unit 13 or the measuring unit 14 is equipped with an internal diameter measuring instrument 41 capable of measuring the internal diameter of a pipe at a plurality of circumferential positions when the measuring units 13 and 14 are centered with respect to the pipe and made coaxial with the pipe. This device is equipped with a bend angle measuring instrument 53 capable of measuring the bend angle of the pipe joint by measuring a bend angle of the measuring unit 13 relative to the measuring unit 14 when the measuring unit 13 is centered with respect to one pipe 3 constituting a pipe joint of the pipe line 1 and made coaxial with the pipe 3 while the measuring unit 14 is centered with respect to the other pipe 2 and made coaxial with the pipe 2.
