<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handy terminal allowing a sheet-like cover on an input means not to bend to external force from longitudinal and lateral direction and not to be detached. <P>SOLUTION: In this input device, the sheet-like input means formed in a device body is disposed with a replaceable menu sheet, and is disposed with the cover thereon. The cover is formed with claws in edge parts in the longitudinal direction of the cover, and is formed with insertion parts inserted with the claws in a peripheral part of the input means.
