PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line-up apparatus the reliability of which is high and with which the sucking of the upside and flat line-up work including rotation on a sucking surface, the suction of the side face and horizontal line-up work and the suction of the opposite surface of an arm and longitudinal line-up work can be performed by one arm unit. SOLUTION: This apparatus has the arm unit on which a changeable suction head, an suction head rotating mechanism for rotating the suction head and an arm rotating mechanism for rotating an arm around the axial center of the arm are mounted in addition to the suction head rotating mechanism.
